During the last school holidays, Ermitage International School welcomed children aged 3 to 11 for an immersive winter camp in both French and English. During this week, young participants were immersed in a fun and enriching environment, centred around a winter-themed experience. With a dynamic programme combining creativity, sports, and learning, each child enjoyed a variety of age-appropriate activities in a safe and nurturing setting.

A Programme Filled with Discovery and Adventure

Children took part in a wide range of activities tailored to their age group. The youngest (3–7 years old) explored arts and crafts workshops, engaged in fascinating scientific experiments, and played outdoor games that kept their days lively. They discovered the joys of gardening, created snowflake-inspired artworks, and improved their motor skills through playful obstacle courses. Each activity encouraged creativity, enhanced coordination, and fostered teamwork.

For children aged 7 to 11, the programme alternated between artistic challenges and sports activities. From making dream catchers and decorating winter lanterns to taking part in cooking workshops and sports competitions, each child had the chance to showcase their talents and take on new challenges. The talent show was a highlight of the week, offering young participants the opportunity to share their passions, express their creativity, and build confidence.

In a bilingual environment, children naturally switched between French and English, promoting a stimulating and accessible linguistic immersion.
