Preparing for our students' future

At Ermitage International School, a leading private school in France, we believe that our teachers are the single biggest factor in student success. This month, we were thrilled to welcome back the Ermitage International School IB team, all of whom bring a wealth of knowledge and a shared passion for our mission of providing a truly holistic education.

It’s been an incredible few weeks of connecting and collaborative learning, with the overall goal of building a stronger, more united staff team. We've focused on creating a network of support among our educators, ensuring they feel empowered and inspired to deliver their very best. This foundation of teamwork is crucial, as it allows us to collectively tackle challenges and share innovative solutions. Our campus is nestled in a historic setting at 46 Avenue Eglé in Maisons-Laffitte, near Paris, providing the perfect environment to cultivate our close-knit community.

Bilingualism on holiday: Highlights of the Summer Camp

Together, we are preparing for a year filled with personalized, engaging, and challenging learning opportunities. Our aim is to move beyond traditional teaching to create an environment where every student is seen, heard, and challenged to grow to their full potential. We’ve spent countless hours refining our lesson plans, integrating new technologies, and designing projects that will ignite curiosity and passion in every subject. 

This includes incorporating an inquiry-based learning approach to build critical thinking skills, which are essential for university preparation.We were ready and delighted to welcome students. We are particularly excited to launch our new International Primary Programme, and to have welcomed the IPP students who who have joined our vibrant multicultural school community, further strengthening our commitment to a truly bilingual and international education.
