Our MYP3 students at Arch de Triomphe

Ermitage International IB School MYP3 students embarked on a captivating field trip to the iconic Arc de Triomphe in Paris where culture and classrooms come together. Their mission: to survey and analyse the environmental quality surrounding this historical monument as part of their Individuals and Societies curriculum

Despite challenging weather conditions, the students' determination and enthusiasm remained unwavering. The fieldwork covered a spectrum of factors and students returned with a wealth of data and a newfound appreciation for the complexities of how to measure environmental quality. This experience also created opportunities to grow values of resilience, collaboration, and the importance of hands-on exploration in the pursuit of knowledge.
