Last Friday, students from MYP 3 & 4 explored the world of negotiations in workshop-style with an expert in the field, Mr. Stephan Jansen. His engaging, interactive and entertaining approach stimulated students to see, feel and reflect on the power and relevance of negotiation in everyday life and leadership situations. The group activities challenged students to assume a role in a case study and gave them an opportunity to actively participate in negotiations with their peers. This workshop was an initiative in connection with the Leadership and Entrepreneurship class at the MYP and provided an opportunity for students to collaborate and discover their hidden leadership talents through hands-on real life experiences.
