At Ermitage IB School, through our value of Wellbeing, ‘learning which values physical, emotional and social health’, we recognise the utmost importance of mental health, and why it is so important to raise awareness of it. To mark World Mental Health Day on 10 October, our students had the opportunity to participate in activities to promote good mental health, starting off with a morning meditation.

During lunch break, areas were set up where students could enjoy each other's company and consider how to promote good mental health whilst enjoying a drink and a snack, through our ‘Tea and Talk’ events.

Our Wellbeing Office is now beautifully decorated with the posters that students have created to mark World Mental Health Day and what it means to them.
