School exchange is a highlight of our international pedagogical approach.

Recently, Hortense, student in ninth grade, spent more than a month in Germany at Landheim Schondorf school near Munich. Here is her testimony.

"I have spent the last month in Bavaria, Germany. There, I have been able to observe the differences in culture, tradition and habit, between this beautiful region of south Germany, and the Parisian region in France.

For instance, I went to a beer festival, with music and people dressed in Bavarian traditional clothing, held every year in Munich, the October Fest. Something like this would never take place in France, because our culture is so different.

Hiking in the Alps in a 3 days school outing, I have seen wonderful landscape and views, and was filled with amazement.

The family I am in lives in a house by the lake offering an amazing view.

The school is quite different, we finish earlier and we have clubs and activities after class, such as sports or arts and crafts. I chose rowing and photography."

The story continues since Hortense's family is currently hosting Wolf, a German student from the same school.
