Our DP1 Biology & ESS students have just returned from Nettlecombe Court in the UK, where they stayed at a Field Council Studies facility as part of their IB curriculum.

During the first part of this trip our students learned about and performed a range of field Science techniques in the Moorlands, rocky seashore, grasslands and finally in a local stream.

Each student went on in the second part planning and then carrying out their Internal Assessment investigation which the IB will ultimately grade. The weather was far from perfect, however, our students excelled, and we were very proud of them.
