On September 29th, the members of Club24 participated in 'Nettoyons la Nature'. Ms. Harris, Mrs. Ambridge, and Mr. Jonquet accompanied the 25 enthusiastic student volunteers to clean up the park of Maisons-Laffitte. Starting at 13h30 from the college, the group made their way around the park and forest area collecting garbage and other materials laying around. Not only did they get to enjoy the sunshine but the students also got the chance to make new friends!

E.Leclerc sponsored the event and donated singlets to cover the students' clothing, gloves, and a healthy goûter for each participant. All of the students worked together to make the community shine a bit brighter!

"Doing the "nettoyons la nature" was so nice because we were able to help the community even though it was a small gesture. Near the end, we got a snack and a drink and it was very good. "

"I am hugely pleased that I got the chance to help clean the forest of Maisons-Laffitte. While most of the park is pretty clean it was upsetting to see how much junk and plastic was in the forest. So if you are ever just taking a walk and you see rubbish on the ground, pick it up and do your part to help out the planet. "
