Ermitage students benefit from an inclusive school culture and gain from the positive outcomes of being with our diverse and international teaching community. These are some of the characteristics that define our international school, Ermitage. The proximity to Paris and its boarding school provide a fully-englobing education experience to the students and inspires a stimulating learning environment.

Introducing Club 24: the school club that is exciting to be a part of. It’s a brilliant chance for getting into action and being of service. The atmosphere in Club 24 is vibrant with a collaborative and group feeling. Led by Mrs Harris, she does a great job of inspiring a creative flow, organizing everything and leading the various club projects to fruition. According to the student’s testimony Club 24 is a really fun and artistic place to be. The children enjoy coming up with ideas for fundraising, creating things to be sold and setting prices.

All this whilst remaining in the spirit of raising funds for an important cause at the same time. There is an element of advertising as the kids make posters to raise awareness and inform people from all across the school about when their stall takes place. The social element is significant as in the back of all participants’ minds there is the end goal which is to raise enough money to pay for a heart operation in cooperation with the Maisons du Monde Mécénat Foundation and Heart Surgery. This inspiring and significant cause is close to the student’s and faculty’s hearts at Ermitage.

Indeed, the club isn’t just about having a good time. Further to this on the academic side, the club introduces our students to sales, marketing, fundraising and business - merging intellect, cohesion and learning in a practical approach.

To sum up, Club 24 is an excellent outlet for the Collège students to do something out of the ordinary and connect with students from different year groups. Aside from seeing their friends and doing their homework in their free time, this is a great opportunity for the children to get involved with a dynamic group and participate in extra-curricular projects.
