Within the French Bilingual school at Ermitage International School, learning extends beyond the classroom. As part of our Ermitage international community, the French Bilingual path combines the excellence of the French curriculum with an open, global perspective that also extends to our extracurricular programme. Through a wide range of activities, students of all ages, from preschool to high school, develop creativity, teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. At Ermitage, we believe that learning does not stop when the school day ends. Thanks to our extracurricular activities programme, students in the bilingual French programmes benefit from a varied, balanced offering tailored to their level, from preschool to high school.

From Monday to Friday, our activities give each child the opportunity to flourish in an environment suited to their age and needs, and to discover themselves through a wide range of disciplines.

Collège Extracurricular Activities

Collège students are offered a range of enriching activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and well-being. Activities are designed to encourage skill development and social engagement while complementing academic learning. The programme includes Badminton, Futsal, and Table Tennis. Students can also join the Choir or take part in Club24 on Wednesday afternoons, which offers a space for creative and collaborative projects. These activities provide valuable opportunities to develop new skills, build friendships, and enjoy life beyond the classroom.

Lycée Extracurricular Activities

Lycée students at Ermitage have access to a wide range of extracurricular activities designed to foster teamwork, personal growth, and well-being. These opportunities allow students to stay active, explore new interests, and collaborate with peers in a supportive and engaging environment.

Each week, they can enjoy Badminton, Futsal, and Horseback Riding sessions, which help them develop new skills, stay physically active, and share enjoyable moments. In addition, students can participate in clubs such as the Model United Nations (MUN) to practice debate and public speaking, or the CVL (Student Council) to engage in the Lycée community life and take on leadership projects.

By participating in these extracurricular activities, students build confidence, discover new passions, and strengthen essential life skills that complement their academic learning.

Mustangs: Enter in the Ermitage Sports Teams

The Mustangs are the sports teams of Ermitage International School, bringing together students from both the international programmes (IPP & IB) and the French bilingual programmes. Open to students from CM2/IPP5 to Terminale/IBDP2, the Mustangs offer opportunities to play Basketball and/or Volleyball while strengthening teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

Several times a year, the Mustangs participate in friendly matches against other international schools in the Paris region, fostering team bonds and broadening students’ sporting horizons.

French Bilingual Programmes

Our programmes are designed to support students throughout their academic journey, guiding them step by step toward their final achievement: the French baccalaureate. This nationally recognised diploma is prepared in English and French. Students may choose to follow the American section of the BFI, offering a more international academic pathway.

At Ermitage, our students have the freedom to choose the programme that's right for them.
