Ermitage offers a diverse range of programs from pre-K to secondary school, which vary in their language of instruction, pedagogy and tuition. We invite you to inquire to receive general information about the programs that you would like to learn more about and to receive guidance in choosing the right path for your child.

2. Apply

When you submit an application for your child, you will be guided through the admissions process, step by step.

We offer two distinct diploma paths, each with their own application process, so please take care to choose the appropriate form. However, if you begin an application and later choose to consider a different program at our school, this can also be coordinated by our team.

3. our Admissions procedure

Ermitage is selective and we need to ensure it is right for each child. Our Admissions and Academic staff will review each application before taking it forward.

Following an initial review of the application, your child may be invited to attend an interview.

We are always happy to meet in person but please understand that, for logistical reasons, an online interview may be more convenient.

Depending on the section you are applying for, your child may then also be invited to sit some level papers in certain subjects to determine the correct level for them on joining and if they meet the admissions criteria.

4. Responses

Offers for the 2024 - 2025 academic year will be confirmed starting in February 2024. Should you choose to accept the offer of enrollment for your child, confirmation and tuition deposit and admissions fee is due 7 days from the date the offer is made.

Multiple children?

To be able to guide your family through the admissions process efficiently, once you start a parent account, kindly add one form per child to that account. You will have easy access to all of their information within the parent account.
